The absolute worst customer service I have encountered in a business setting. They ruined an item, guaranteed it's repair, and I have not seen my item for over three months. Each time I have called to inquire, I have been given the run around as to the location of my item. I would never recommend this dry cleaner. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. Cheap prices=cheap service.
